Every year there is one movie that I always watch! "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" was one of my favorite movies. As I watched this movie, my parents always reminded us that during this time one of the most important things you can do is reach out to others who are not as fortunate. Its not about what you are receiving, but what you can give to others. 

As you are preparing for the holidays, think of someone who could use some Holiday Cheer! You never know why some people are going through this time of year.  Before you make your list of things you want for Christmas try making a list of things you can give this year!  

​Think outside the box! Try a unique gift that really shows you care rather than a materialistic gift that may soon be forgotten. What was your favorite gift to give in holidays past.  Let me know in the comments below!!!

My cousins!!!  Friends that I didn't choose but can't live without!
Funny stories, crazy experiences and loads of laughs later I know my life wouldn't be the same without you all!  During the holidays it's important to remember what the season is truly about.  

One of my favorite memories is opening presents at home and then rushing to each others houses to show our gifts!
Remember the "haircuts we gave Kenya Dolls" and the hurt feet from stepping on the boys' Power Ranger "accessories!"?
(funny how we always got the same gifts LOL!)

Christmas is a wonderful time of year! A special chance to spend time with family and loved ones.  As the Roberts family has grown over the years, we've spread far and wide.  

This holiday I would like for us to connect by sharing a blog post every day for the
25 days of December leading into Christmas Day.

On Saturday, October 29, 2016 Viletta Martin, daughter of Sandra Butler, wife of Charles S. Martin, II and mother of Indeah, Juliet and Charles, III was ordained as a Reverend.  

As the twin of my mother "Auntie Laila" has been my "other mother" my whole life. I was so proud to see her walk in her purpose.  I love you, and I'm overjoyed that I have the opportunity to continue to experience the awesome things God is doing in your life.
